Cigarrette Smoke

So, I decided to quit smoking today, after I heard my aunt has liver cancer. They also found a couple spots in her lungs. She has struggled with cancer before, when she had jaw cancer, then a routine checkup revealed she had lung cancer. She was treated with chem o and was said to be in remission. Now its back.
Her cancer was not caused by smoking, but I can't help but think about how my life is shortened by each puff I take. How my children will be 50x more likely to start smoking. How I don't ever want to do anything to cause that kind of pain for my family.
